FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many hours are included in my package?
We don't believe in clock-watching on your wedding day. We arrive during bridal prep and stay through the most important reception moments (like your first dance, toasts, and cake cutting) so you can relax knowing the full story of your day is being captured.
How long is a highlight film?
Highlight films typically run 7-10 minutes (sometimes longer), depending on your day and how much is captured. It's crafted to tell a story, not just show random clips.
Do you provide the raw footage?
Honestly? Even if you think you want the raw footage, we can almost guarantee you don't. Because of the technical way we shoot, the unedited, uncolored clips look incredibly flat, take up massive amounts of storage space, and sometimes require professional software just to play back properly. That being said, if you really want the raw footage kept for your own personal archives, we are happy to deliver it to you on an external hard drive for $250. Just let us know and we will get it taken care of!
What is your travel fee?
Because travel costs like flights, lodging, and vehicle rentals fluctuate significantly depending on the location and time of year, we customize our travel fees for each wedding. We calculate a transparent, custom quote based on current market rates for your specific destination so there are no surprises. We handle all of our own booking and logistics to keep things completely hands-off and stress-free for you. That being said, we love getting creative to save you money, so if you have airline miles, a friend with a hotel hookup, or a really nice guest house you'd like to offer, we're open to working something out!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. This ensures that we keep that day reserved just for you. The deposit is non-refundable (except for specific situations outlined in the contract). If your wedding date changes, there are no additional fees as long as we're available on the new date and travel arrangements can be re-booked without added cost.
When will we receive our video?
Everything will be delivered within 8 weeks of your wedding day. (Add the 72-Hour Turnaround if you'd like it ASAP.)
